King目标实现理论对腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究King目标实现理论对腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术患者的影响。方法:选择2009年11月～2010年11月在笔者所在医院行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术患者30例。按治疗时间先后顺序随机分为实验组15例和对照组15例。两组患者均在行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术前实施常规的心理护理及围术期护理,实验组在此基础上以King目标实现理论为指导对患者进行心理护理。采用汉密顿焦虑量表比较两组患者干预后的焦虑程度及术后恢复情况等。结果:两组患者精索静脉高位结扎术手术成功率达100%,无中转开腹、术后感染、出血及电烧伤。干预后实验组患者HAMA评分均较对照组患者低,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),干预后实验组患者焦虑情绪较对照组患者明显改善。结论:以King目标实现理论对存在焦虑情绪的患者实施心理护理可有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪,缓解患者应激状态,使患者在最佳的心理状态下接受治疗。对腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术患者安全、有效的护理,能减少中转开腹、术后感染、出血及电烧伤。Objective：To study the King to achieve the objective theory of laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation patients.Methods：From November 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation in 30 patients.Chronological order according to the treatment were randomly divided into experimental group（15 cases） and control group（15 cases）,patients in both groups the line of laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation prior to the implementation of routine psychological care and perioperative care.On this basis,the experimental group in order to achieve the objective of theory as a guide King of patient psychological care.With Hamilton Anxiety Scale compared two groups of patients after the intervention of anxiety and postoperative recovery and so on.Results：The patients with high ligation of spermatic vein surgery a success rate of 100%,without conversion to open surgery,postoperative infection,bleeding and electrical burns.After the intervention the experimental group patients than control group patients HAMA score is low,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）,the experimental group after the intervention than the control group of patients anxiety of patients improved significantly.Conclusion：The existence of King to achieve the objective theory of anxiety on the psychological care of patients can be effectively implemented to reduce patient anxiety,relieve stress patients,the patients in the best mental state for treatment.Of laparoscopic varicocele ligation patient safety,effective care,to reduce laparotomy,postoperative infection,bleeding and electrical burns.
