妊娠期高血压疾病与中医体质的关系

摘　　要：目的:结合中医体质学说,探讨不同体质类型的孕妇在该病发病上的差异,为针对性干预提供依据。方法:选取2007年7月-2010年7月在浙江省中医院下沙院区住院分娩的符合妊娠期高血压疾病诊断的孕产妇58例,同时随机选取正常妊娠孕产妇77例为对照组,一共135例作为研究对象,对其进行中医体质评估,整理数据后,利用SPSS 18.0数据处理系统对数据进行统计分析。结果:135名孕妇中偏实热23例(17.04%),偏虚热17例(12.59%),偏阳气虚2例(1.48%),偏阴血虚25例(18.52%),偏痰湿23例(17.04%),平和质45例(33.33%)。偏虚热、偏阴血虚和偏痰湿的孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病发生率高于平和质的孕妇(P=0.001、0.002、0.006),差异有统计学意义。结论:偏虚热、偏阴血虚及痰湿型孕妇易发生妊娠期高血压疾病,以期通过对孕妇进行调护,使偏颇状态得以纠正,从而达到降低妊娠期高血压疾病的发病率,并在孕产妇保健中得以推广。Objectives：Combining with Physical theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we investigate differences in this disease＇s incidence of different physical types of pregnant women,in order to provide a basis for targeted interventions.Methods：Selected 135 pregnant women who delivered at Zhejiang Chinese medicine hospital from July 2007 to July 2010 as the research object.There were 58 pregnant women who had hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Then we assessed TCM physiological states of them,and analyzed the data with SPSS 18.0 for Windows software.ResultsIn the 135 pregnant women,23 cases are hot（17.04%）,17 cases are weak heat（12.59%）,2 cases are yang deficiency.（1.48%）,25 cases are yin-blood deficiency（18.52%）,23 cases are phlegm（17.04%）,45 cases are balance（33.33%）.The hypertensive disorders incidence of pregnant women whose physical type is weak heat or yin-blood deficiency or phlegm is higher than balance,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions：Pregnant women whose physical type is weak heat or yin-blood deficiency or phlegm prone to occurred hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,with a view to the adoption of nursing of pregnant women,so that will be corrected unbalance type to balance type,thereby to reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy rates,and maternal health to the promotion of.
