电针对兔心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针"额旁1线"对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤所致的实验性心律失常的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:18只家兔随机分成3组,即假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌组(IR组)、电针治疗组(EA组)。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支30min,再灌注60min后制备家兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,以再灌性心律失常、左心室功能和血清NO含量为观察指标。结果:EA组再灌注心律失常发生率低于IR组(P<0.05),左心室内压最大上升和下降速率及左室收缩压均高于IR组(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清NO含量显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:电针对心肌缺血再灌性心律失常具有保护作用,其机制可能与提高NO含量有关。Objective：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia in rabbits,and its mechanism.Methods：18 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely sham operation group（S group）,ischemia-reperfusion group（IR group）,electroacupuncture group（EA group）.Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion preparation model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery 30min and 60min reperfusion.All the indexes（reperfusion arrhythmia,left ventricular function and serum NO） were measured.Results：Compared with IR group,the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias of EA group was progressively decreased（P0.05）.left ventricular pressure and maximum rate of rise and fall of left ventricular systolic pressure was higher than IR group（P0.01,P0.05）,serum NO were significantly increased（P0.01）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia,the mechanism may be related to increasing NO content.
