摘 要:目的:探讨复方丹参饮对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血清中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达。方法:将60只Wistar雄性大鼠适应性的喂养1周,随机分为生理盐水组、胰岛素抵抗组、复方丹参饮预防组(中药预防组)复方丹参饮治疗组(中药治疗组)、罗格列酮组(西药对照组),每组分为12只。采用高脂高糖高胆固醇饮食喂养,建立大鼠IR模型。喂养16周以后采用酶联免疫法检测各组Wistar大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量。结果:与生理盐水组比较,除复方丹参饮预防组差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余各组大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量均升高(P<0.05),有统计学意义;与胰岛素抵抗组相比较,西药对照组、中药治疗组与中药预防组均能减少大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量(P<0.05)。结论:认为复方丹参饮具有抑制大鼠血清血管内皮细胞ICAM-1、VCAM-1的过度表达作用,对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血管内皮细胞具有保护功效。Objective:To study the expressions of Compound Danshen Decoction on serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) in rats with insulin resistance(IR).Methods:Sixty Wistar male rats,which were feeding adaptively for a week,were randomly divided into 5 groups:the Saline group,IR group,the Compound Danshen Decoction prevention group(the Chinese Medicine prevention group),the Compound Danshen Decoction treatment group(the Chinese Medicine treatment group) and the Rosiglitazone group(the Western Medicine comparison group).The rat models with IR were established with the feed of high-fat,high-sucrose and high-cholesterol diet.The levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were measured through the method of Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay(ELISA) after 16 weeks.Results:Compared with the Saline group,except the Compound Danshen Decoction preventive group(P0.05),the levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 both increased in other groups(P0.05) which are statistically significant.Compared with the IR group,the levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 decreased in the Western Medicine comparison group,the Chinese Medicine prevention group and the Chinese Medicine treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Decoction has resistant effects on the excess expressions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of serum vascular endothelial cells and has protective effects on vascular endothelial cells in rats with IR.
