香枳和胃片对胃黏膜损伤保护的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究香枳和胃片对实验性大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法:将实验鼠分为阴性对照组(生理盐水)、香枳和胃片(高、中、低剂量)组和阳性对照组(雷尼替丁),观察香枳和胃片灌服后对无水乙醇所致和幽门结扎型胃黏膜损伤大鼠的影响。结果:与阴性对照组比较,香枳和胃片各剂量组均能明显减少胃液分泌量,降低胃酸总酸度(P<0.05),显著降低溃疡指数(P<0.05),低、中、高各剂量组溃疡抑制率分别达到44.92%,57.42%,64.76%。结论:香枳和胃片对实验性胃黏膜损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective：To observe the protective effects of Xiangzhi Hewei tablets on gastric mucosal lesion in rats.Methods：The experimental rats were radomly divided into five groups：Xiangzhi Hewei high-dosagegrou-p,Xiangzhi Hewei moderate-dosage group,Xiangzhi Hewei low-dosage group,positive control group（treated with ranitidine）,and negative control group（provided with sodium chloride） in order to observe the effects of Xiangzhi Hewei for gastric ulcer in rats induced by ethyl alcohol and pylorus ligature.Rerults：Compared with the negative controls,total acidity of gastric acid,gastric juice and ulcer indices in Xiangzhi Hewei group significantly declined（P0.05.The ulcer inhibition rate of low,moderate and high dose groups respecively was 44.92%,57.42%,64.76%.Conclusions：Xiangzhi Hewei tablets could possess protective effect on experimental gastric mucosal lesion in rats.
