摘　　要：为更好地规范蟾皮的生产、质量标准制定及保证临床用药的安全有效,从蟾皮的理化性质、提取工艺、定性、定量及临床应用加以分析和综述,并指出目前蟾皮及含有蟾皮的中药制剂在生产过程、质量标准制定及临床应用中存在的问题,以期可为蟾皮加工炮制、生产和临床安全用药的进一步研究与开发提供参考依据。To better regulate the production,make the quality standard and ensure the safety and utility in clinical medication of the skin of Bufo bufo gargarizan,this review introduced and analyzed physicochemical propert,extraction technology,quality standard and clinical application of the skin of Bufo bufo gargarizan and pointed out the current question on the skin of Bufo bufo gargarizans and its Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation during the production process,determining the quality standard and clinical application,in order to provide better reference for further exploitation and research on processing,production and the safety of clinical medication of skin of Bufo bufo gargarizans.
