电针分期针刺对中风患者瘫痪肢体促分离运动的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究电针配合促通技术对中风瘫痪肢体促分离运动的临床疗效。方法:将119例中风患者随机分为3组,针灸康复组40例,采用电针配合促通技术进行治疗,针灸组38例、康复组41例,分别采用单纯电针和单纯促通技术进行治疗,评测3组在治疗前、治疗2周后和治疗1个月后Fugl-Meyer及ADL评分。结果:Fugl-Meyer和ADL评分治疗两周后各组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗4周后各组组内比较(P<0.05),各组疗后均优于疗前,各组组间比较(P<0.05),针灸康复组优于其他两组,差异显著(P>0.05);Ashworth评分比较无明星差异。结论:电针配合促通技术能促进中风患者瘫痪肢体分离运动出现。Objective：To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with facilitation techniques in treating the patients with stroke.Methods：119 cases of stroke were randomly divided into 3 groups,acupuncture rehabilitation group of 40 cases,treated by acupuncture and the facilitation technique,acupuncture group of 38 cases,treated by acupuncture,rehabilitation group of 41 cases were using facilitation techniques.Fugl-Meyer,and ADL score were observed before treatment,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment.Results：There had no significant different between each group in Fugl-Meyer and ADL score after two weeks（P0.05）;while after 4 weeks the Fugl-Meyer and ADL score had great improving in each group（P0.05）,there had significant different between each group before and after the treatment,the Fugl-Meyer and ADL score in acupuncture rehabilitation group were higher than the other two groups.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with facilitation techniques therapy can facil disappearance of disjunctive movement in hemiplegia limbs of stroke patients.
