益肾调肝汤Ⅱ号方对PCOS模型大鼠卵巢的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药益肾调肝汤Ⅱ号方对PCOS模型大鼠卵巢的影响,并试图探求治疗机理。方法:24日龄Wistar大鼠进行皮下埋植左炔诺孕酮(左旋18-甲基炔诺酮硅胶棒)结合皮下注射hCG造模,分组灌服生理盐水、二甲双胍、中药后测定各组大鼠血清雄激素等性激素水平,并观察卵巢病理形态组织学变化。结果:运用中药益肾调肝汤Ⅱ号方中高剂量后,血清FSH、E2升高而LH、T明显下降,缩小或减少卵巢扩张囊泡,使卵泡结构转清晰,增加发育卵泡数,减少不成熟的早期发育卵泡,增加黄体数量。结论:益肾调肝汤Ⅱ号方可调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,纠正卵巢的病理改变,促进排卵,恢复卵巢功能。Objective：To investigate the effects of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction Ⅱon the internal hormone and metabolism of rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome.To explore the possible mechanism.Methods：24 days old female Wistar rats were chosen to be models by embedding silica gel stick with Levonorgestrel and injecting HCG in subcutaneous tissue.After pouring normal sodium,metformin,Yishen Tiaogan Decoction Ⅰand Ⅱrespectively,to detect the level of serum sexual hormone including Testosterone and observe the changes in the ovarian morphology and histology.Results：Midst and high dose of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction Ⅱincreased obviously the level of serum FSH,E2,decreased the level of serum LH,T.It contracted the expanded oxarian vesicles,distincted structure of follicle,multed developed follicles and luteum,lessened early developing immature follicles.Conclusions：Yishen Tiaogan Decoction Ⅱ had regulared hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian Y,rectified changs in pathology,induced ovulation and recovered the function of reproduction.
