摘　　要：在新时期医疗改革不断深入的背景下,通过对新公共管理理论和沟通交往理论的分析,结合公立医院特有的社会环境,从医院管理的内外两个层面探讨如何实现医院的有效管理,建立沟通对话、有效参与的管理机制。Under the background of the health reform in new period,by analyzing the theory of new public management and communication theory,this paper takes the specific social context in public hospitals into consideration and discusses how to achieve an effective management in hospital.
