活血化瘀法治疗特发性膜性肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察运用活血化瘀法治疗特发性膜性肾病患者症状及血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血浆白蛋白、血脂和尿蛋白的影响,客观评价活血化瘀法治疗特发性膜性肾病治疗的临床疗效,探讨该法治疗特发性膜性肾病的机理。方法:对照组采用糖皮质激素+他克莫司,实验组在对照组基础上予活血化瘀的汤方,观察血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血脂、血浆白蛋白和尿蛋白水平。结果:血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标的改善,血脂和尿蛋白下降及血浆白蛋白升高与对照组相比也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法可显著改善特发性膜性肾病患者症状及血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血浆白蛋白、血脂和尿蛋白水平。Objectives：The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Chinese Medicine which has the function of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and to discuss the mechanism of the treatment. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the control group was given steroid and Tacrolimus and the experimental group received the decoction which has the function of activating blood circulation in addition to the treatment of the control group.We measured the changes of platelet count,indexes of coagulation and fibrinolysis,blood lipid,serum albumin,proteinuria. Results：There was an improvement in platelet count,indexes of coagulation and fibrinolysis of patients in the experimental group.The blood lipid and proteinuria were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.And also the serum albumin of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group treatment（P0.05）. Conclusions：Our findings suggest that the method of activating blood circulation can effectively improve the clinical syndromes and function of coagulation,increase the serum albumin,and decrease the blood lipid and proteinuria of the patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.
