摘 要:目的本实验旨在探究鹿茸对孕鼠和胎鼠的影响。方法昆明小鼠随机分组,A组:♀48只,♂24只以♂:♀=1∶2的比例合笼,孕第5天~第14天连续对雌鼠经口灌胃给3 mg.kg-1 d-1、6 mg.kg-1 d-1和12 mg.kg-1 d-1剂量的鹿茸;B组:♀96只,♂48只,雄鼠连续给鹿茸(剂量同A组雌鼠)60 d后,以♂∶♀=1∶2的比例合笼,从受孕率、孕鼠体重、死胎率、吸收胎率、胎盘重、子宫和胎鼠重以及胎鼠的外观、内脏和骨骼等方面进行检查。结果 A组:在第18天时,高剂量组体质量、死胎率、吸收胎率、胎鼠外观、内脏和骨骼畸形率与对照组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随剂量的升高,胎盘重、子宫和胎鼠重有所降低,但没有统计学意义。B组:中剂量组与对照组之间比较,受孕率显著增加,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着剂量的增加各组死胎率、吸收胎率、胎盘重、子宫和胎鼠重无显著差异(P>0.05);各给药组与对照组比较,对胎鼠畸形没有造成影响。结论在本实验剂量范围内,高剂量组鹿茸在雌鼠妊娠期间可导致孕鼠体质量下降,死胎率、吸收胎率增加;胎鼠外观、内脏和骨骼畸形增加;中剂量鹿茸在交配前对雄鼠灌胃可提高受孕率,对胎鼠不造成畸形。Objective To explore the effects of pilose antler on pregnant and fetal mice.Methods Kunming mice were divided randomly into two groups.In group A,there were 24 males and 48 females,and they were caged together at the rate of 1∶2(male:female).From the fifth to the fourteenth day after pregnant,females were administrated by oral gavage with pilose antler at three doses,3 mg·kg-1d-1,6 mg·kg-1d-1 and 12 mg·kg-1d-1.In group B,48 male mice administrated with pilose antler for 60d were caged together with females at the rate of 1∶2(male:female).The conception rate,body weight of the pregnant mice,stillbirth rate,rate of fetal absorption,placental weight,uterine and fetal mice weights,appearance of the fetal mice,as well as viscera and skeletons,were examined.Results Compared to the control group in the 18th day,body weight,stillbirth rate,birth rate of absorption,appearance of the fetal mice,visceral and skeletal malformations in the high dose group of group A were statistically high(P0.05);with the increase of the dose,there is no statistical differences in the aspect of placental,uterine and fetal mice weights.In group B,middle dose group showed a significant increase in pregnancy rate(P0.05);With increase of dose,stillbirth rate,birth rate of absorption,weight of placenta,uterine and fetal mice had no significant differences(P0.05);there is no impact on malformation of the fetal mice.Conclusion Administration of high-dose pilose antler during pregnancy can decrease the weight of pregnant mice,but increase the stillbirth-rate,absorption rate in births,and fetal malformation of appearance,viscera and skeletons.Middle-dose administration to males can raise conception and does not induce deformities in fetal mice.
