摘　　要：中铬铸铁经加铝和亚临界热处理后其硬度达到常规淬火和回火热处理水平，且冲击韧性好。在试验室条件下进行耐磨性对比试验表明，中铬铸铁经亚临界热处理后其耐磨性为45钢的2．6倍，同时是高铬相铸铁的0．7倍。After the subcritical heat treatment of the medium chromium cast iron with aluminium, its hard-ness can reach the level as same as the common quenching and tempering heat treatment and it has better impacttoughness. Its wear-resistance is 2. 6 times higher than that of 45 steel and at the same time is 0. 7 time as high asCr-Mo white iron.
