摘　　要：目的:慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效满意度测评问卷的初步研制。方法:参照国际量表研制Rolls-Royce程序规范,选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者为研究对象,成立由问卷研究专家、呼吸疾病专家、语言学家和精神心理学专家等组成的15人研究工作组,综合文献研究、专家咨询和工作组会议等结论,对问卷相关概念进行界定,构建问卷5个结构领域,组建27个条目池并进行筛选,并通过河南中医学院第一附属医院90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的小样本问卷预调查,采用Cronbach’sα进行效度评价,领域与其各条目间的相关系数进行内容效度分析,主成分和因子分析法进行结构效度分析。结果:初步研制的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效满意度测评问卷包括5个领域18个条目,问卷预调查信度分析Cronbach'sα系数0.925,内容效度分析各领域与其包含条目的相关系数在0.6以上,因子分析共提取3个共因子。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效满意度测评问卷领域结构和条目设置合理,信度和内容效度良好,结构效度一般。Objective：The Efficacy satisfaction questionnaire for stable COPD（ESQ-COPD）was preliminary developed.Methods：Refered to the international questionnaire Rolls-Royce standard,seleced the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patients as the study subjects,developed fifteen the research works composed of questionnaire studies expert,breathes sickness expert,linguist and psychica expert etc al,synthesized the conclusion from the literature search and expert consultation and work team conference,limited the questionnaire concept,constructed five questionnaire structure,created twenty seven item pool and and selected items.The pre-investigation for ninety small sample was studied from the No 1 affiliated hospital of Hean College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Cronbach＇α coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire.The correlation coefficient between the domains and it＇s tiems was used to evaluate the content validity.The principal components analysis and factor analysis was used to evaluate the construct validity.Results：The preliminary Efficacy satisfaction questionnaire for stable COPD included five domains and eighteen items.The Cronbach＇α coefficinent of questionnaire was 0.925.The correlation coefficient between the domains and it＇s tiems was above 0.6.The factor analysis of the sacle extract three common factors.Conclusion：The sacle structure and item establishment of the Efficacy satisfaction questionnaire for stable COPD was reasonable.The reliability and content validity for the questionnaire was better but construct validity was common.
