朱丹溪“养阴观”对艾滋病防治的影响

摘　　要：元代著名医学家朱丹溪提出"阳有余阴不足论"、"相火论"等观点,倡导"养阴学说",在内伤杂病的治疗上从"气、痰、血、郁"入手,注重保存阴精对人体的重要性,后世有"杂病用丹溪"之说。艾滋病是艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染引起的一种获得性免疫功能缺陷综合征,以机体免疫功能的下降或缺失为特征,传染性强,发病率高,极难治愈。在中医学整体观念和辨证论治思想的指导下,运用朱丹溪"养阴思想"防治艾滋病,为艾滋病的防治提供了一个新思路。In base of the argument of ＂An Excess of Yang with A Deficiency of Yin＂,＂ministerial fire theory＂ and etc.,Zhu Danxi,one of the most eminent doctors in Yuan Dynasty,propose yin-nourishing theory which focus on ＂Qi,Sputum,Blood and Depression＂ when treating various diseases of internal medicine and emphasize the importance of preserving Yin.Thus,there was a saying which goes ＂miscellaneous diseases should be treated by Zhu Danxi＇s theory ＂ later.AIDS was caused by HIV and has a feature of decreasing or vanishing of immune function.AIDS which has a high morbidity was strongly transmitted and extremely difficult to heal.In light of the wholism concept and treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation of TCM,we try to find a new idea of preventing and treating of AIDS by applying Zhu Danxi＇s yin-nourishing theory.
