摘　　要：介绍了快速分光光度计的组成 ,简述了光栅单色器的能量分布及其主要指标——色散 ,根据单色器光栅能量分布和该分光光度计的光谱范围进行光栅参数选择。使用这种方法选择的光栅完全满足快速分光光度计性能指标要求。The composition of high speed spectrophotometer is introduced.The energy distribution and main specifications of working performance of a grating monochrometer dispersion are related in brief.Based on the energy distribution of the monochrometer and spectral range of the high speed spectrophotometer,the parameters of a grating are selected.The grating selected by this method can fully meet the specifications of the high speed spectrophotometer.
