摘　　要：济钢一炼钢在对Ｒ６ｍ 小方坯连铸机的高效化改造过程中，首先采取了设备适应性改造、优化工艺条件以提高方坯质量、提高铸机综合技术指标等三个步骤的高效攻关，继而实施高效化改造，实现了转炉一方坯铸机匹配的小方坯高效化生产。In the process of high effectiveness reformation of R6m small billet continuous casting machine in No.1 steelmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group,reforming the equipment adaptability,optimizing technique condition for enhancing the quality of billet,enhancing comprehensive technique indexes are implement first,then reform of high effectiveness is carried out.Thus the high effectiveness production of billet with matching of converter and continuous casting machine is got.
