摘  要:铸造充型过程与铸件多种缺陷密切相关,对铸件力学性能有重要影响。对铸造充型过程的数值模拟研究进行了回顾与分析,着重探讨了近年来该方面的研究热点——气体和氧化膜卷入模拟的研究现状,及该方面研究所面临的问题;分析了铸造充型过程实验方法的现状,并展望了铸造充型过程气体和氧化膜卷入模拟的发展。The casting mold filling process that is related to a number of casting defects has significant effect on casting mechanical properties.In this paper,the research of numerical simulation of casting mold filling was reviewed and analyzed.Specially,the highlight research fields about the filling process including entrapment of gas and oxide film were summarized and discussed.Also,the limitations about the entrapment simulation were pointed out.In addition,the current status of the experimental method of the mold filling was reviewed as well,and the future simulation of entrapment of gas and oxide film during mold filling process was proposed.
