云南省稻瘟病菌生理小种的组成和分布

摘　　要：本文报道了用日本9个单基因鉴别品种和BL1、K59两个参考品种鉴定云南省6个稻作区50多个县采集、分离的1292个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株生理小种的结果,共分为126个,出现频率最高的为001、007、003小种。并与中国北方稻区和日本的稻瘟病菌生理小种研究结果作了比较,指出各垂直抗性基因在不同稻作区的利用价值。This paPer reports the result of identification of over 1000 Piricularia oryzae Cavara single-cell races cellected and isolated from more than 50 counties of 6 rice regions in Yunnan using 9 single-gene differential varieties and 2 reference varieties, 'BL1' and 'K59' from Japan in 1983-1988. It was divided 126 races, and the dominants were 001, 007, and 003 et al. which were compared with the results of Piricularia oryzae Cav. race from Japan and northern rice areas of China, Pointing out the availability of each gene of vertical resistance in different rice regions.
