摘  要:[目的]研究激素对黄瓜果实发育的影响。[方法]通过外源激素涂抹处理开花当天的黄瓜幼果,调查坐果率,通过HPLC法分析处理后果实发育过程中内源激素的含量变化。[结果]2次调查中黄瓜的自然坐果率分别为15.1%和25.7%,赤霉素(GA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和吡效隆处理黄瓜的坐果率分别为43.7%、68.3%和89.2%,表明细胞分裂素类物质尤其是吡效隆能显著提高黄瓜坐果率,GA对坐果有一定的促进作用。果实发育过程中内源生长素和细胞分裂素含量随着发育天数的增加逐渐降低,GA在开花后第3天和第6天含量较高。在果实发育快的品种中GA含量高于发育慢的品种。[结论]该研究为激素类物质在黄瓜栽培生产中的应用提供了指导依据。[ Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of hormone on the fruit development of cucumber. [ Method] The young cucumber fruit of flowering day was treated with exogenous hormones by painting and its fruit-setting rate was investigated. The content variation of endoge- nous hormones in the development process of treated fruit was analyzed by HPLC method. [ Result] The natural fruit-setting rates of cucumber in the 2 investigations were 15. 1% and 25.7% resp. and that of cucumber treated with GA ,6-BA and forehlorfenuron were 43.7% ,68.3% and 89. 2% resp. indicating that cytokinin could enhance the fruit-setting rate of cucumber significantly, especially for forchlorfenuron, and GA possessed some promoting effect on fruit-setting. During the development process of fruit, the contents of endogenous growth hormone and cytokinin were be- ing reduced along with the increase of developing days and the content of GA was higher on the 3rd and 6th days .since flowering. The content of GA in the variety of fast fruit-developing was higher than that in the variety of slowly fruit-developing. [ Conclusion] This study supplied direction basis for the apolication of hormone substance in the cultivation and production of cucumber,
