摘 要:[目的]探讨不同栽培品种化州柚的质量。[方法]以原植物表型描述法比较不同品种化州柚的外观,采用分光光度法测定其中总黄酮含量,以HPLC法比较其中柚皮苷、野漆树苷含量和指纹图谱,用AFLP标记分析不同品种化州柚的遗传距离。[结果]不同栽培品种化州柚的表型变异较大;大茶岭和凤尾两个品种的总黄酮和柚皮苷含量显著高于其他栽培品种,大茶岭产化州柚中野漆树苷含量最高。在分子水平上,不同栽培品种化州柚之间的遗传相似系数全部在95%以上。[结论]不同栽培品种化州柚表型的变异已基本形成,但是基因水平的变异尚未形成,大茶岭和凤尾产化州柚的品质最好。[ Objective ] To compare the quality of different eultivars of Citrus grandis var. tamentosa Hart. [ Method ] Characteristie of different varieties of Citrus grandis var. tamentosa Hart were observed and described, and the contents of flavonoids, naringin and rhoifotin in which v^cre determined by UV and HPLC. Genetic distance among different variations was analyzed by AFLP. [ Results] t'henotype characteristics among the individuals of Citrus grandis var. tamentosa Hart varied a lot. Contents of flavonoids and naringin were higher in Dachaling and Fengwei, and rhoifolin content was fh'e highest in Dachaling. Genetic similarity coefficient among different cultivars was greater than 95%. [ Conclusion] Phe- notypic variation of Citrus granttisvar, tamentosa Hart among different varieties has formed, while there was no genetic variation. The qualities of Dachaling and Fengwei were the best.
