摘 要:[目的]研究新疆沙蓬籽油的最优提取条件,并对其成分进行分析。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取工艺,以沙蓬籽油提取率为指标,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对沙蓬籽油提取率的影响,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验得到最佳提取条件。沙蓬籽油成分采用气质联用法(GC-MS)进行分析。[结果]新疆沙蓬籽油的最优提取条件为萃取压力30 Mpa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间3 h。在此条件下沙蓬籽油的萃取得率为13.62%。GC-MS分析表明沙蓬籽油的主要成分为亚油酸。[结论]亚油酸是人体必需脂肪酸的一种,有助于降低血清胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓,采用超临界法萃取沙蓬籽油工艺稳定可靠,具有很高的应用价值。[Objective]To optimize the extraction process of seed oil from Agriophyllum squarrosum in Xinjiang and analyze its ingredients. [ Method] The seed oil was extracted by SPE CO2 method ,and extraction pressure, temperature and extraction duration were taken as investigated factors, and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained through orthogonal design on the basis of single factor test. Ingredients of A. squar- rostvn seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result] The optimum extraction process was as follows: extraction pressure of 30 Mpa, extraction tem- perature of 40 ℃,extraction duration of 3 h. Under above conditions, the yield rate of A. squarrosum seed oil reached as high as 13.62%, and the principle component of which was linoleic acid. [ Conclusion] Linoleic acid is one of the essential fatty acids that can reduce serum cholesterol and control arterlalthrombus. SPE CO2 method is stable, efficient and of high application value.
