摘 要:[目的]为盐碱土资源的开发利用提供理论依据,也为耐盐植物的选育打下基础。[方法]采用盆栽试验法,设置单盐、复合盐不同浓度的处理,研究盐胁迫对女贞的生长量、存活率及叶片生长的影响,探讨女贞的耐盐能力。[结果]在高于4 g/kg的盐处理下,随着单盐或复合盐盐胁迫程度的加深,女贞新梢生长量逐渐降低;盐胁迫下,随着盐浓度的升高,植物存活率下降,叶片发黄、叶缘枯萎面积都有上升趋势。相同浓度复合盐处理的植株要比单盐处理的植株成活率略高,复合盐处理时所表现出对植物的伤害程度要轻于单盐处理。[结论]女贞苗木对单盐、复合盐的耐盐临界浓度是5~6 g/kg。[ Objective ] The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for exploitation of saline-alkali soil resources and lay a foundation tor breed- ing salt-tolerant plants. [ Method ] The treatments with simple salt and composite salts of different concn, were mTanged in the pot experiment. Then the influence of salt stress on the increment, survival rate and leaf growth of Ligustrum lucidum was researched and its salt tolerance was discussed. [ Result] When L. lucidum was treated with salt concn, higher than 4 g/kg, as the salt-stress degree of simple salt or composite salts was increased, the increment of its new shoot was decreased gradually. Under salt stress, as the salt concn, was increased, the survival rate of plants was decreased and both yellowed leaves and withered area of leaf margin showed increasing trend. When the concn, were same, the sur- vival rate of plants treated with composite salts was some higher than that of plants treated with simple salt. The damage of composite salts treat- ment on plants was lighter than that of simple salt treatment. [ Conclusion ] The critieal salt-tolerant concn, of L. lucidum seedlings to simple salt and comDosite salts was 5-6g/kg.
