摘　　要：基于演化博弈的分析框架,从一个农田水利治理的典型案例出发,通过建立两群体复制者动态模型,剖析农民合作过程中的搭便车行为。演化均衡的求解说明,合作过程中农民普遍存在搭便车行为,但通过典型示范、建立农民用水户协会、以奖代补政策,可以实现合作,从而克服搭便车行为。Based on the analytical framework of evolutionary game, the paper analyses the free ride behavior with the model of polymorphic pop- ulation replicator dynamics. The conclusion is that farmer free ride behavior is widespread, and the cooperation can be realized through a typical demonstration, farmer water user association and the awards policy.
