摘　　要：综述了国内外关于农业科技R&D资源配置研究现状,包括农业科研经费存量与作用、农业科技R&D资源中人力资源、农业科技R&D资源配置效率、农业科技创新管理体系以及科研经费运行的现状。指出了目前农业科技R&D资源配置中存在的问题,如农业科技R&D资源配置不合理、资源配置效率低、农业科技成果转化效率低。从农业科技R&D资源配置结构、环境、渠道、目标、空间布局、产业链等方面,分析了高效率的农业科技R&D资源配置方式。The status quo of resource allocation of agricultural science R＆D （research and development）both at home and abroad, including thc amount and function of agricultural scientific research funds, human resources in the resources of agricultural scientific R＆D , the efficiency of resource allocation of agricultural scientific R＆D, the management system of agricultural scientific innovation and the operation status of scientific funds, is analyzed. The problems in the current resource allocation of agricultural scientific R＆D are put forward. For instance, unreasonable re- source allocation, low efficiency, and low efficiency of the transformation of agricultural scientific results. Tile highly effective resource allocation of agricultural scientific R＆D is analyzed from the aspects of resource allocation structure, enviromnent, channel, spatial layout and industrial chain.
