摘　　要：用SWOT方法和AHP方法相结合,创新的分析了江西省蜜橘产业的内外部因素评价矩阵,得出江西蜜橘产业应该实施增长型战略,并对增长型战略提出了一些具体的应对措施。The paper used SWOT-AHP method to analyze internal and external factors evaluation matrix of Jiangxi orange industry with innova- tion. The conclusion is that Jiangxi orange industry should come to the implementation of growth strategy and at the same time, some specific measures for the implementation of growth strategy were put forward.
