摘　　要：介绍了老柞山金矿５ 年来砂金复采所取得的经验，并对采金船的内部管理以及采金船的技术改造进行了总结。生产实践表明，采金船复采在老柞山金矿的应用是行之有效的。The experience of remining placer gold in Laozuoshan Gold Mine in the past 5 years was introduced.The interior management and technical reform of the gold dredge were summarized.The operation practice indicated that the remining of placer gold in Laozuoshan Gold Mine was effecacious.
