摘 要:总结了实验室条件下铁水脱硅实验结果。宝钢现用烧结矿粉、集尘粉具有较好脱硅效果。富矿粉、铁鳞有效氧含量高 ,但碱度低 ,脱硅能力难于发挥。脱硅渣具有较低的熔点及粘度有助于氧化能力的充分发挥。为满足脱硅要求 ,终渣碱度应≥ 0 4。随脱硅剂加入量的增加 ,脱硅量增加。脱硅过程平均脱碳量约为 0 2 %。The experimental result of the molten iron desiliconization in laboratory are summarised.It is indicated that the sinter and dust powder show better desiliconization effect,and it is difficult to bring the desiliconization capability of the rich ore and scale bearing higher oxygen content into full play for its lower basicity.The lower melting point and viscosity of the desiliconization slag contributes a better play of the oxidizability.In order to meet the needs of desiliconization,the basicity of end slag should be≥0 4.The desiliconization level will be increased with the rise of desiliconization agent addition.The average decarburization rate during the process is about 0 2%.
