摘 要:[目的]了解铜陵凤凰山铜尾矿库区凤丹种植地土壤酶活性情况。[方法]对安徽铜陵凤凰山新、老铜尾矿矿区凤丹种植和非种植地以及凤凰山农田地区的土壤采样,分析4种土壤酶活性。[结果]新、老尾矿库凤丹种植地4种土壤酶活性大于非种植地土壤酶活性,老尾矿库的凤丹种植地的土壤酶活性大于新尾矿库区,但是低于农田地区土壤酶活性。[结论]经过十几年的复垦,老尾矿库土壤酶活性有明显的提高。[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the enzyme activities in Paeonia ostii land at copper-tailings reservoir of Fenghuang Mountain. [ Method] Calatase, invertase, urease and phosphatase activities in Paeonia ostii plantation and non-plantation soils from Feng- huang Mountain were studied. [ Result] All enzyme activities in plantation soil were higher than those in non-plantation soils. All test enzyme activities in the old copper-tailings reservoir were higher than those in the new eopper-tailings reservoir soil. [ Conclusion] The enzyme activi- ties in the old copper-tailings reservoir had been significantly improved after more than ten years.
