摘　　要：[目的]为养猪生产中猪病的防治提供依据。[方法]通过临床检查、PCR和RT-PCR检测,对猪场外购生长猪、自繁母猪及哺乳仔猪先后发生猪圆环病毒2型和猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒混合感染的疑似病例进行分析。[结果]确诊为猪圆环病毒2型、猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒混合感染,继发猪链球菌2型感染。通过采取隔离、淘汰、消毒、药物防治等综合措施,疫情得到有效控制。[结论]该研究可为类似猪病的控制提供借鉴。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide basis for the treatment of swine diseases in the production ol pigs. [Method] Through clinical examination ,PCR and RT-PCR detection, the suspected cases of finishing pigs purchased from another farm, its own sows and pre- weaning piglets infected by porcine circovirus type2 （PCV-2） and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus （PRRS） in a pig breeding farm were analyzed. [ Result] The cases were diagnosed as mixed infection with PCV-2 and PRRS and secondary infection of Strepto- coccus suis type 2 （SS2）. The infected pigs were basically cured by segregation, washing out, disinfection and drug prevention and control. [ Conclusion] The research can provide reference for the control of similar swine diseases.
