摘 要:[目的]为了探讨噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)在罗非鱼养殖生产中的防病效果。[方法]向罗非鱼养殖池泼洒不同浓度的噬菌蛭弧菌或光合细菌,观察1个生产周期内养殖池的细菌总数和大肠菌群的变化及罗非鱼的发病情况和产量。[结果]噬菌蛭弧菌用量在5×107PFU/m3以下时,随着用量的增加,细菌总数和大肠菌群的减少幅度越来越明显,罗非鱼因细菌病导致的死亡也明显减少,产量明显提高;噬菌蛭弧菌与光合细菌配合使用的效果更好;单用光合细菌时,细菌总数和大肠菌群的减少幅度较小,发生较严重的细菌病,不能达到防病的效果。[结论]在罗非鱼养殖生产中,噬菌蛭弧菌的使用量为5×107PFU/m3即可达到预防细菌病的目的。Abstract [ Objective ] To study the effects of B. bacteriovorus on Tilapia disease control. [ Method ] B. bacteriovorus and photosynthetic bac- teria were spilled into the Tilapia fanning pond with the usage of different concentration, and the changes of the water general bacterial popula- tion and coli group, the incidence and production of Tilapia were studied within whole cultivation period. [ Result ] It was demonstrated that, in contrast with the control group, along with the increase of B. bacteriovorus dosage, the general bacterial population, coil group and the death numbers of Tilapia in the experiment groups were dramatically lowered, and the production of Tilapia was dramatically increased. The effects of disease prevention was best among the experiment groups when B. bacteriovorus and photosynthetic bacteria were used in the same Ti- lapia fanning pond. The effects on disease prevention was bad while only photosynthetic bacteria was used in the Tilapia fanning pond, as the general bacterial population and coli group were not obviously lowered and the death number of Tilapia caused by bacteriosis was enormous. [ Conclusion] The use of 5.0×10^7 PFU/m^3 B. bacteriovorus can effectually prevent bacteriosis in farming pond cultured Tilapia.
