低碳经济和城乡一体化背景下的农村金融组织体系创新研究——以衡阳为例

摘　　要：针对金融组织体系存在的缺陷,借鉴国外经验提出深化农村信用社改革,完善农业发展银行职能,引导农业银行开展农村金融服务,创新邮政储蓄资金回流机制和规范民间金融组织发展的金融体系创新,同时政府要加强引导。In order to cope with the flaws in the financial system, it was proposed to deepen the reform of rural credit cooperatives, improve the functions of Agricultural Development Bank, guide the agricultural bank to develop rural financial services, innovate the mechanism of postal saving recycling and regulate the development of private financial organizations, it was also required that the government should strength- en its guiding role.
