摘　　要：在比较分析美国、日本经验的基础上,提出我国选择信息内容产业发展调控方式需要考虑的关键因素和政府引导市场的调控方式,以期为我国信息内容产业持续、健康、快速发展作出贡献。Based on comparatively analyzing America and Japan experience, the key factors for developing information content industry in our country and controlling ways for government guiding market were put forward, so as to make contributions for sustainable, healthy and rapid development of information content industry.
