出国劳务人员相关传染病传播途径认知状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]调查分析出国劳务人员相关传染病传播途径的知晓情况,为制订有针对性的健康教育干预策略提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样方法,从泰州市30家劳务输出公司抽取共1218名出国劳务人员,采用自填式调查问卷调查其一般情况及对传染病传播途径的知晓情况。[结果]泰州市出国劳务人员平均年龄35.86岁,文化水平以初中为主;对艾滋病、鼠疫、霍乱、登革热、疟疾、乙型脑炎、结核病、乙型肝炎传播途径的知晓率在6.0%～22.4%之间,登革热最低,疟疾最高。[结论]该人群对各种传染病传播途径知识的知晓率普遍偏低,缺乏出国务工必需的自我保护能力,应加强对该人群针对性的健康教育。[Objective] To investigate and analyze the awareness about dissemination of infectious diseases among immigrant labors and help establishing focused health-educational intervention strategy.[Methods]By cluster sampling method,a sample of 1 218 immigrant labors were collected from 30 labor service companies at Taizhou.We investigated the general information and awareness about dissemination of infectious diseases with self-filling questionnaire.[Results]The average age of immigrant labors was 35.86 yrs,with an average education of junior school;The awareness rate of infectious pathways for AIDS,plague,cholera,dengue fever,malaria,Japanese encephalitis,tuberculosis,and hepatitis B was between 6.0% and 22.4%,with dengue fever being the lowest and malaria the highest.[Conclusion]The target population has a relatively low awareness of dissemination infectious diseases,lacking necessary protection of self-health for abroad occupations.It is necessary to enhance focused health education for them.
