贵州省黔东南州2005～2009年居民户盐碘监测及人群碘营养结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解黔东南州居民食用碘盐情况和尿碘水平,为制定防治IDD策略提供科学依据。[方法]根据《全国碘盐监测方案》对黔东南州16县(市)抽取2176个监测点,采集23205份居民盐样,采用直接滴定法(GB/T13025.7-1999)进行检测。[结果]2005～2009年共检测23205份居民户食盐,盐碘中位数32.60mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率99.71%,碘盐合格率97.38%,合格碘盐食用率97.09%,非碘盐检出率0.29%,不同年度各率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。除从江县的居民户合格碘盐食用率﹤90%外,其余的15个县(市)均﹥95%。尿碘中位数2006年为353.5μg/L,2009年为344.15μg/L。[结论]黔东南州除从江县外其余15个县(市)的碘盐覆盖率和居民户合格碘盐食用率达到国家消除IDD标准。另外,由于碘含量(盐碘中位数32.60mg/kg)过高,可能会对某些个体产生不良影响,盐碘含量可以考虑下调至15～20mg/kg。[Objective] To understand the situation of the iodized salt of households and the urinary iodine content in Qiandongnan prefecture,so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and controlling IDD.[Methods]Test to 23205 salt samples of households in 2176 Surveillance sites in 16 county or city of Qiandongnan prefecture according to ＂The Scheme of Iodized Salt Surveillance＂ issued by China.The iodine content was detected by titration neutralization（GB/T13025.7-1999）.[Results]23205 ediblesalts in households has been examined from 2005 to 2009.The mean iodine was 32.60 mg/kg,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.71%,The rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.38%,the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.09%,and the rate of non-iodinated salt was 0.29%.The different rates of had statistical significance between years（P﹤0.01）,the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was above 95% in 15 county or city except Conjiang.The medians of urinary iodine content was 353.5μg/L in 2006 and 344.15 μg/L in 2009.[Conclusion]The coverage rate of iodized salt and the intake rate of qualified iodized salt had achieved eliminating IDD in 15 county or city except Conjiang.The content of iodine exceed quota（The mean salt iodine was 32.60 mg/kg）will led to harmful reaction to some people.the author regarded the content of redients iodine salt can be reduce to 15-20mg/kg.
