简化平面尺寸链公差计算的方法

摘　　要：平面尺寸链中公差的计算比直线尺寸链中公差的计算复杂，不便应用极值法进行计算。本文应用多元函数的偏微分理论和工艺尺寸链原理，提出一种简化平面尺寸链公差计算的方法，应用此方法可以简捷地计算平面孔系尺寸公差及平面尺寸链中的其它尺寸公差。Counting tolerance in plane size chain is more compicated than counting tolerance in straight line size chain, because it can not use the extreme method. In this paper,using the slantiong differential eguation theory and the technology size chain principles,a simplification of counting tolerance in plane size chain is presented. The counting hole system size tolerance and other size tolerance in plane size chain can be computed using the method.Finally,some examples aer given.
