摘　　要：根据国内啤酒废水的水质特点,运用UASB法处理啤酒厂废水,此方法可将原废水COD值(800 mg/L～3 000 mg/L)降低到国家规定的排放标准(≤500 mg/L),将此工艺与水解酸化池联合,可提高处理效率。The Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed（UASB） was employed to treat the brewery plant wastewater, according to the characteristics of wastewater, the COD would be reduced from 800 mg/L - 3 000 mg/L to prescribed discharge standards of state（ ≤500 rag/L）. The processing efficiency could be increased by combining the UASB with hydrolysis acidification pool.
