摘　　要：异形坯连铸技术在世界上属于先进技术，在国内属空白项目。文中阐述了马钢第三炼钢厂建设异形坯连铸机工程的工艺设计过程和设计特点，并对引起异形坯质量问题的因素进行了分析，为同类连铸机的设计提供借鉴。The profiled billet continuous casting technology belongs to advanced technology inthe world and domestic empty project. This paper introduces the technological design process andfeature of the profiled billet continuous casting project at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Ma Anshan Iron& Steel Co. Ltd., and analyses the factor which causes the quality problems of profiled billet, providing reference for the design of the same kind of continuous casting machine.
