专人行使健康教育在妇科病房中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨专人行使健康教育在妇科病房中应用的效果。方法从2007年7月~2008年6月在我院妇科住院患者中随机抽取100例患者为观察组,对患者行专人健康宣教;同时抽取100名同病种的患者为对照组,对患者行传统健康宣教。两组患者的年龄、病种、病情、文化程度等方面差异无显著性。结果观察组对健康教育内容掌握情况及行为实施情况均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组对科室整体满意度也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论专人行使健康教育的效果明显好于传统的健康教育方法,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of special health education in the gynecology ward.Methods Chose 100 patients randomly in our department from July 2007 to Jun 2008 as the object of observation,give them special health education,meanwhile chose another 100 patients with the same disease as a contrast,give them traditional health education.All the patients in both groups have no big difference in age、entity、state of an illness 、education level.Results The patient who are in the observation group are better than that in the other group on the mastery content of health education and carry out of it,The differences are statistically significant.Also the observation group has a large degree of satisfaction than another group,the difference has a significance of statistics.Conclusions It is worth to popularize the special health education since it have a good effect than traditional health education
