摘　　要：针对连铸中间包等离子加热过程增氮的问题,开发了防止加热过程增氮的保护渣。并对影响保护渣性能的成分和工艺因素进行了分析,确定了合理的保护渣成分及范围。对连铸中间包等离子加热技术的应用具有重要意义。Thecastingpowderforpreventionofnitrogenpickupduringheatingisdevelopedinaccor dancewiththeissueofnitrogenpickupduringcontinuouscastingtundishplasmaheating .Theeffectof compositionandtechnologicalparameteronpropertiesofthecastingpowderisalsostudiedandtheproper compositionrangesofcastingpowderareidentified,whichissignificancetotheapplicationofplasma heatingtechnologyofcontinuouscasttundish .
