锁定型钢板固定联合药物治疗股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定型钢板固定联合药物治疗股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法将40例老年股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折病人随机分为对照组20例和治疗组20例,对照组使用锁定型钢板内固定治疗加常规治疗,治疗组在使用锁定型钢板内固定治疗的基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素、骨化三醇和碳酸钙治疗。术后定期随访,比较两组病人骨折愈合时间和关节功能恢复优良率。结果治疗组病人骨折愈合时间明显缩短,关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论对股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折病人在使用锁定型钢板进行骨折固定的同时联合抗骨质疏松药物进行综合治疗是提高手术疗效的重要措施。Objective To observe the effects of locking plate fixation combining with antiosteoporosis drugs on osteoporotic fracture.Methods Select 40 older patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture were divided into control group and therapeutic group.The control group was treated with locking plate fixation and routine drugs,the therapeutic group was treated with locking plate fixation and（Miacalcic,Calcitriol,Cctive calcium） antiosteoporosis drugs.All patients were follow up after operation regularly,the fracture healing time and the excellent and good rate were compare between two groups.Results The time for fracture healing and the recovery of the hip joint function in therapeutic group was shorte than that in the control group.Conclusion It is one of the most important measure of improving the operation treatment that locking plate fixation combined with antiosteoporosis drugs on osteoporotic fracture.
