摘  要:目的:建立黄精中小分子糖的含量测定方法,研究其最佳提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定小分子糖含量,以小分子糖含量为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验法确定黄精中小分子糖的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度90℃,料液比1∶30,提取时间2 h。结论:该工艺简便、合理、小分子糖提取率较高。Objective:To establish a method for content determination of low molecular weight saccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati and optimize the extraction technology.Method: The content of low molecular weight saccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.On the basis of single factor test and orthogonal design test,the extraction process of low molecular weight saccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati was optimized using the content of low molecular weight saccharide as index.Result: The optimum extraction technology condition was as follows: 90 ℃,the ratio of solid to solution 1∶30,extracted 2 hours every time.Conclusion: This process was simple,reasonable and more productive.
