抗感宁胶囊的抗炎作用及急性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的：观察抗感宁胶囊的抗炎作用及急性毒性。方法：以大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖注射致炎法和分组法。结果：抗感宁灌胃给药（０ ．８ ，０．４ ，０ ．２ｇ／ｋｇ） 对二种致炎模型均有明显抗炎作用，于３０ｍｉｎ 开始起效，可维持６ｈ 之外，３ 剂量间存在量效关系。用ｂｌｉｓｓ 法算得大鼠和小鼠灌胃的ＬＤ５０分别为１０．４６ｇ／ｋｇ 和４ ．６８ｇ／ｋｇ 。结论：抗感宁具有明显抗炎作用，且毒性较小。Objective: To study the anti inflammatory action of kang gannin capsules and its toxicity on inflammatory models of the ankle swell of rats caused by carrageenin or egg albumin. Results: The tests showed that by administration in doses of 0.8,0.4,0.2g/kg, po, kang gannin capsules processed a strong anti inflammatory effect in experiments by above mentioned all inflammation, and similar to aspirin. This anti inflammatory effect appeared 30 minutes and lasted for 6 hours, and was dose dependent. The results of acute toxicity experiment indicate that the LD 50 of po kang gannin measured with Bliss method in rats and in mice were 10.46g/kg and 4.68g/kg, respectively. Conclusion: Kan ganning capsules have an effect of anti inflammation as well as low toxicity.
