酸枣仁、滇枣仁和枳椇中酸枣仁皂甙的含量比较

摘　　要：目的：测定酸枣仁、滇枣仁和枳蓂子的有效成分。方法：使用ＴＬＣ扫描法测定３ 种药材中的酸枣仁皂甙Ａ和Ｂ的含量。结果：酸枣仁含有酸枣仁皂甙Ａ是滇枣仁的２ 倍，前者含的酸枣仁皂Ｂ是后者的１ ．５ 倍。枳蓂子不含酸枣仁皂甙Ａ 和Ｂ。Objective: To determine effective component from Ziziphus Spinosa Hu. Z.mauritiana Lam and Hovenia dulcis Thunb. Method: TLC scanning was used for the determination of Jujuboside A and B. Results: Jujuboside A of Z.Spinosa Hu is 2 times that of Z. mauritiana, and Ju Juboside B of the former is 1.5 time that of the later, Hovenia dulcis Thunb Contains no Jujuboside A and B. Conclusion: The investigation of these factors may be of assistance in clinical use.
