摘  要:目的:建立测定龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C含量的方法。方法:采用气相谱法,HP-5弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),载气为N2,流速1 mL.min-1,进样口温度250℃,μECD检测器温度300℃,程序升温,外标法计算含量。结果:剑叶龙血素C在0.1~2μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD(n=6)为0.5%。结论:本方法简单、灵敏、重复性好,可用于龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for the separation and quantitative determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood.Methods:The Gas chromatographic analysis was performed using HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm);highly pure N2 was used as carrier gas at the flow rate of 1mL·min-1;the inlet port and the μECD detector temperature was 250℃ and 300℃ respectively;the column temperature was 120℃-210℃ and rose by program.The content was calculated with external standard.Results:Cochinchinenin C has good liner relationship in the concentration range of 0.11-2.14 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998);the average recovery was 100.3%,RSD(n=6) was 0.5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be applied for the quantitative determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood.
