摘 要:目的:利用近红外特征谱段相关系数法对野木瓜片中是否含有异性有机物进行快速定性分析。方法:使用近红外光谱仪的光纤附件测定光谱,以不含有异性有机物的野木瓜片的近红外光谱为参照光谱,选择特定谱段,建立待测样品光谱与参照光谱在该谱段的相似系数阈值,定性判断待测样品是否含有异性有机物。结果:选定6022~5587 cm-1谱段为特征谱段,设定阈值为65%,用54个含异性有机物的样品进行验证,相关系数小于65%的有49个,占样品总量的90.74%。结论:此方法具有较好的预测能力,可用于药品检测车现场的快速筛查。Objective:To develop a novel method for fast determination of the foreign organic matter in Yemugua tablets with NIR correlation coefficient method.Methods:To determinate spectra using accessory in near-infrared spectroradiometer.Reference spectra was set up using the NIR spectra of no contain foreign organic matter in Yemugua tablets.The threshold of r in specific spectra section was established with testing samples and reference spectra and was proved whether it contains foreign organic matter.Results:6022-5587 cm-1 spectra section was selected as the characteristic spectral sections.The threshold of R was 65%,54 samples no contain foreign organic matter were validated.49 samples correlation coefficient was less than 65% and account for samples of the total amount of 90.74%.Conclusion:The method has good prediction ability and can be used in the mobile lab.
