摘　　要：目的:探讨胸部外伤胸痛患者常规胸片(正侧位)阴性行透视下点片的意义。材料与方法:回顾分析我院2005年至2010年,胸部外伤胸痛患者常规胸片(正侧位)阴性208例,行透视下点片。结果:208例患者中,78例发现肋骨骨折,其中24例为多发肋骨骨折,共发现肋骨骨折116处,膈上91处,膈下25处,其中肋弓部骨折86处,后肋骨折26处,前肋骨折4处。结论:胸部外伤胸痛患者常规胸片(正侧位)阴性行透视下点片很有必要,不仅提高诊断率,为临床提供治疗依据,同时可避免医疗纠纷。Purpose：Discussion the significance of spot film under fluoroscopic for Traumatic chest pain in patients with normal chest X-ray（Positive lateral） negative.Materials and Methods：Retrospective analysis our hospital from 2005 to 2010,Traumatic chest pain in patients with normal chest X-ray（Positive lateral） negative 208 cases,spot film under fluoroscopic.Results：208 cases of patients,Found 78 cases rib fractures,Among them,24 cases are multiple rib fractures,Rib fractures were found in 116,which costal arch fracture of 86,after the ribs 26,before the ribs 4.Conclusion：Spot film under fluoroscopic for Traumatic chest pain in patients with normal chest X-ray（Positive lateral） negative is necessary,Not only improve the diagnostic rate,provide treatment for clinical basis,but also avoiding legal problems.
