组织多普勒Tei指数对房间隔缺损患者手术前后右室功能的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用组织多普勒显像技术测量右室Te i指数(TD I-Te i)评价房间隔缺损(ASD)患者手术前后右室功能的临床价值。材料与方法:应用组织多普勒显像技术测定42例健康对照者及44例ASD患者手术前后1周右室Te i指数,并行常规超声心动图检查。结果:ASD患者术后1周右房、右室、右室流出道、肺动脉内径缩小(P<0.05);ASD患者术前右室Te i指数较对照组明显高,术后右室Te i指数较术前降低。结论:ASD患者手术后右心功能明显好转,TD I-Te i指数可以较敏感地反映ASD患者手术前后右心室功能的变化,是评价其右室整体功能的较好指标。Purpose：To investigate the tissue Doppler Tei index measured right ventricular function in patients with atrial septal defect（ASD）before and after surgery,and assess the clinical value of the methods.Materials and Methods：Application the tissue Doppler imaging measured in 42 healthy controls and 44 patients with ASD before and after 1 week surgery with right ventricular Tei index,parallel conventional echocardiography.Results：ASD patients 1 week after right atrial,right ventricular,right ventricular outflow tract,pulmonary artery narrowing（P0.05）;ASD patients before right ventricular Tei index was significantly higher than the control group,postoperative right ventricular Tei index decreased compared with preoperative.Conclusion：After surgery,patients with ASD the right heart function significantly improved,TDI-Tei index can sensitive reflect the right ventricular function in patients with ASD before and after surgery,is to evaluate the overall function of the right ventricular good indicator.
