摘　　要：区域知识产权保护是区域经济发展的必要条件,然而原有的理论和方法已经难以解决目前区域知识产权保护过程中出现的各种问题与矛盾。基于复杂科学管理理论的指引,从复杂社会系统的视角解析了区域知识产权保护体系具有的自组织性、自适应性和动态性的内在特性,奠定了区域知识产权保护体系研究的理论基础,在此基础上运用系统思维模式,提出了区域知识产权保护体系的原则,构建了区域知识产权保护体系的框架,以实现激励创新主体的创新,进而促进区域经济发展。Regional intellectual property rights protection is a necessity for the development of regional economy;however,it is difficult for those original theories and methods to solve all problems and conflicts in the process of regional intellectual property rights protection for the moment.Based on the direction of the complexity science management theory,the inner characteristics of regional intellectual property rights system such as Self-Organization,Self-Adaptation and Dynamic are studied from the view of complex society system;therefore,the theoretical basis of regional intellectual property rights protection system is established.With the support of the method of systematic thinking,the new principle and frame of regional intellectual property rights protection system are built,which can promote the innovation and accelerate the regional economy development.
