摘　　要：对专利管理进行定量研究对于完善企业专利战略、提高企业专利管理水平具有重要意义。从协同的视角出发,运用系统有序度模型和系统协同度模型研究我国医药制造业企业的专利管理现状;以医药制造业企业为例,通过实证分析论证了我国医药制造业企业专利开发、专利保护、专利运营的发展正在协同迈进,最后我们对此进行了详尽分析。Quantitative study of patent management is significant for the improvement of patent strategy and patent management.From the perspective of collaboration,the paper researches patent management status by establishing system order degree models and system synergetic degree models.Using cases of medicine manufacturing enterprises,the empirical analysis demonstrates that patent development,patent protection,and patent operation are collaboratively forward together in China＇s pharmaceutical industry and a thorough analysis is presented.
