摘　　要：某多层砖混结构公寓楼由于浸水湿陷发生地基不均匀沉降事故。介绍了该事故的检测鉴定、地基加固设计、旋喷桩加固方案和地基加固施工等情况,取得了较好的技术经济效果,可供同类工程参考。The soaking wet fall caused the unequal settlement of foundation soil of an apartment building of multi-storied brick-and-concrete composite structure.This paper introduces the accident in terms of its test and appraisal,the design working for strengthening of foundation,the strengthening methods of jet grouting pile and foundation,and so on,which have received the expected technical and economic effects.Thus,this paper can give a certain reference to similar projects.
